I was more than pleased with the technician who worked on the frozen pullout freezer drawer. It was great to find someone competent and well-spoken. He had to make 3 visits to my house - 1. Diagnosed the problem as ice-buildup, which required a few days to melt; (2) came out 4 days later and took care of the now-unfrozen door. He found that the ice maker had shorted out due to being locked in ice. 3. Made a final trip to install a new water valve and ice maker. All for a very fair price. I would recomment them to anyone, and they are my go-to guys from now on. ps - the tech even mopped up all the melt water and washed the wet towels. Talk about going the extra mile!

They were great. Our fridge isn't even 2 years old but was having issues cooling. They came quick and went through the debugging process and tried some things but didn't work. Then he found that a wire in the door hinge had been pinched and was grounding out, causing a lot of issues. I try to fix things myself but I wouldn't have figured this one out. Prices were reasonable considering we still needed 2 new boards. Would definitely use them again

Steven is very kind and professional. I messaged him on Wednesday, he was able to come the next day. He looked at our dryer and found that the heating element was out. He let me know that he would have to come back on Friday because he didn't have the part on hand. He called later today and told me he was able to get the part and he could come back today to fix it. It only took him about 30 minutes from arrival to leaving. Very reasonable. Thanks Steven.

Steven Novark did a great job for me. He was able to schedule a service call the next day and arrived at the time we confirmed. He repaired both my washing machine and dishwasher and quoted a fair price for his work. I will absolutely call Champion Appliance if I need repairs in the future. I was very satisfied with his professionalism, promptness and workmanship.

This was not the first company I called to address an issue I had with my refrigerator, but the one I did threw some red flags on their initial visit, so I decided to get a second opinion. Called these guys and spoke with Steven, who set an appointment to come have a look. Steven located the problem, which was not the part I was told by the previous repairman. All in all always get a second opinion and I'm glad I did. Steven did an awesome job. I highly recommend him.
