Very good experience. They charged me only $25 for the whole day on a Saturday. Considering it's NY is a very good price. Car was safe no damage done to it. The parking guy was nice and took care of me right away.

I’ve seen these staff members harass other customers nonstop, and it’s insane the lack of oversight this place has. People only park here because it’s so close to campus, there’s no cheaper alternatives, sadly.

I parked my car on the evening of Feb. 12, 2023 at Champion Broadway Parking (60 E 8th St, NY, NY) and picked the car up the following morning Feb 13, 2023. When I got back to my residence in CT, I checked the hatchback trunk of my car and found out that my two car tire chocks had been unlawfully taken (stolen). When I called Champion to notify them of the theft and request that the two car tire chocks be returned since it would be easy to find out who was on duty when I handed over my key fab to them, and who was on duty when the car and key fab were returned to me, the guy at Champion Broadway Parking hung you on me. Since, I have to return to NYC tomorrow anyway, I will file a police report of this theft. This was the first and LAST time that I use that parking garage.

Used this garage for the first time yesterday and was not disappointed. It was clean, easy to access and depart and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Plus, it was reasonably priced. Will def book with them in the future.
