We had been searching for a home for many months but couldn't find what we were after. We drove to Topeka, IN and met Justin W. It was evident to us that Justin genuinely cared about our needs and would work with us. While there, Justin took us on a tour of the factory and showed us the entire assembly line and highlighted the good techniques and materials used. Kristina was also very helpful in going through potential floor plans, helping us to settle on one that fit our needs. We highly recommend Champion Homes in Topeka. We worked with Justin, who work well and patiently to get what we wanted in our new home at a price and budget we wanted to stay in. We just put down our deposit on our new home and so excited to get ready to see it delivered.

Overall I am happy with my Champion 16ft by 40ft 2 bedroom “tiny home.” I wanted to capture the look of a cabin so replaced many factory items with wood including floors and trim. I paid thousands extra to include 2x6 walls with an extra insulation package. I also spent a few more thousand on having drywall installed by Champion. I am very happy with how warm the house is and inexpensive to heat. I think my house is one of the smallest 2 bedrooms available. I am glad that the salesman suggested getting the wide package which is 16 ft rather than the standard 13 ft. Caution—The staff here are very personable and are quick to return calls. They can be more sales oriented than home builders and will frequently ask you to sign an agreement now. That’s ok. Old fashioned sales. But a more cons

Xavier Sheehan has been nothing but wonderful since day one. Our process actually started two years ago when I was trying to figure out what we could or could not afford to do on our property (plus countycodes). In February 2025 we finally met for the first time He was patient, kind, professional and engaging. We picked our house design, signed paperwork and put down our deposit. When we got home my husband realized we hadn’t seen the factory.. I contacted Xavier and he got us back to Indiana ( we are from Michigan). Meanwhile I found a different house we liked better. No problem Xavier gladly redid our paperwork and BAM new house ordered! We must have contacted him 100 times between placing order and offline date. Xavier gladly helped us with any questions/problems includ
