Early Tuesday morning I called the Topeka location to see about getting an estimate to repair or replace my garage door. I got their voicemail so I left a message asking for a return call. I waited all day Tuesday but did not receive a call. I called them again on Wednesday morning and spoke to a lady that took some information from me and said she would get their salesman to call me. I waited all day Wednesday and Thursday and never got a call. Having been in retail most of my career, I understand that I might have had to wait for an appointment to get an estimate, however, a return phone call should have been the minimum effort to at least show someone that is interested in spending money with your company that you acknowledge them. So much for trying to shop local.

Very pleased with their customer service & how fast they were able to fix my garage door issue the same day. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Would highly recommend!!

Great service. Called at 11:15 AM. They showed up at 1 PM had me all fixed up by 1:30. Awesome service.

Not sure what to make of this company. Secretary was very nice and cordial as was the service man that came out. Needed a repair on our older garage door opener. Discovered it was the electronic board which they happened to have one. Did not see the electronic board was in a package or box but maybe I just didn't see that. The whole repair took an hour or less. Everything worked fine except I noticed later that the security light only stayed on for about 30 seconds and then you were left in the dark. Spooky, Called to let them know and wanted to see if it could be adjusted for longer times as my older one could. I spoke with the (owner) SAM? as he called back to speak with me about this issue. I missed the call telling me they were on their way. When the technician arrived, the garage door was locked so he left. All he had to do was walk 50 feet to our door and knock. My wife was home and could have let him in. The car was sitting in front of the garage door so he should have known someone was home. This was Thursday morning. When I called the technician, 10 minutes after he left, he said he couldn't get back to me until next week sometime. The office phone has been busy all day.
