Champion Homes is a joke. I moved in Easter of 2024 and on January 21, 2025 my roof sprung a leak. I called a few of my friends who do roofing and 3 separate people said the roof is woven wrong at the dormers. I explained this to Champion Homes and asked for them to help. Champion Homes sent out one of their field personnel to look at the house. After the gentleman looked at the house I was told that they will be in contact in April to come out and repair the issues. I asked if we should tarp the roof to prevent any further issues and was told, “No, we will be out in April to fix everything.”. April came around and I was told by Jennifer Hall of Champion Homes that my supplies were ordered for the repairs and I was getting scheduled for the work. May then came and I called about the

We have so many problems ,! My windows are so poorly made that I can barely keep my home warm . Had a hole in the hall way .. they fixed the hole but covered half my home with carpet . So half my home has carpeting but the other half doesn’t. Nails coming up though my vinyl flooring . None of my inside door say open . ( so I have prop the door open. Floor nosey and wrapped . So it’s your choice This was built in New York . The people that I spoke to was John and Jennifer .

Had a water main leak on the parks end under my trailer in 2021. Trailer sunk about a foot. Still fighting with them to bring my lot back to code. Constantly violating tenants rights. Never know when the water will b off. Poor communication. Highly DO NOT recommend!!!

NOT REALLY GOOD. THEY KEEP ON GETTING THESE REVIEWS DELETED BECAUSE THE TRUTH HURTS. I LIVED HERE. THEY WOULD NOT TRIM THE TREES FOR ME. WHEN I MOVED OUT, THEY KEPT MY $500.00. NOW DELETE THIS AND I WILL KEEP ON POSTING THE TRUTH.
