Housekeeping Solutions

We live in Colorado and needed a housecleaner for our rental in Elbridge New York. We found Housekeeping Solutions on Thumbtack with great reviews so we hired them. They were professional, courteous, showed up on time and did a great job. We would hire them again and recommend them highly.

Big supporter of small business but not overly fond of my experience here. Quoted 375$ for 2 cleaners for 3 hours, had a hiccup with the electricity so they had to reschedule, expected a reschedule fee but never got one. I was warned it was dirtier than anticipated so it'll be a little more money, I said no problem. While cleaners were there they texted me to say "we need more time or do you want us to stop" I said please continue and have your boss send me an updated quote, this happened twice, never got an updated quote. Texted the boss and told her my budget and she said we'll see what we can do. Cleaners left, get a text saying it'll be 1069$ I call to get some clarity but not much to stand on at that point the work was done. Get told they do everything thoroughly which is true but I d

The 2 girls who came to my house today did an excellent job, they work well together and are very pleasant. They arrived promptly and did their work quickly. Thank you! We will be setting up a regular cleaning schedule with Housekeeping Solutions.

Excellent experience with this company. I like to clean green with either Norwex or gentle natural cleaners. It turned out that one of the cleaners on my team was familiar with Norwex & they were able to clean my house in a green manner, which is important to me. And their results were fantastic!
