Very convenient to my job and friendly staff BUT discounts are only for the hospital staff NOT any other medical staff in the area. My facility gets a large volume of the hospital patients for rehab, and despite being directly across the street from this garage our staff isn’t offered the same discount. So as much as I’d love to use this facility on a regular basis I can’t afford it and have to fight for street parking.

We had a great experience checking in. The place was easy to find and the staff were all very friendly.

I recently needed parking in the area and I selected Champion. They are a very clean and professional garage. They took very good care of my car. In fact, when I came to pick it up, they had it waiting for me before I completed payment!

The valet parks cars on the ramp without using the emergency brake, which actually puts more stress on the transmission. It’s clear they lack proper driving experience. Would not recommend unless you are desperate.

NEVER use this garage. We prepaid for a spot a month out and they refused to honor it. They cursed at me and threw my keys AT me after I left them on the counter. Not to me but at me. Two people pulled out of the garage while I was there and even then they refused to honor to the prepaid spot. They also refused to refund the payment and told us to contact the office. We did get the refund but the office could have cared less about the situation.
