I picked up my car from this garage and immediately noticed the tire pressure warning. Not long after, the tire went completely flat. My car did not have this issue before I parked it here. This place clearly doesn’t take care of customers’ vehicles. Very unprofessional — I would avoid this garage.

Well I just give a 5 start because it's a good service in the afternoon the guy how's name is Douglas it's good he's help me out with my car thanks to that nice guy. He's love that job.

We parked our car here and found there was a new scuff to the passenger door. When we pointed it out the attendant denied everything and resorted to foul language very quickly. Upon entering the car itself we found someone had gone through the glove box and center console (we don't yet know if anything is missing). This is the worst experience we've had in NYC, and that's saying a lot.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely backed into my friends car and claims they didn't scratch it. Flat out refused to file a report so my friend had to call the police. Don't park here unless you want your car scratched up

Don’t use this parking! Not only rude they took a jacket I drop in the floor while loading the car with bags and stroller. Extremely rude staff.
