I have pretty basic expectations at a parking garage. Take my car in a timely professional manner, don't damage my vehicle, return my car in a timely manner. A+++ on all counts.

After being refused by my reservation, and another garage. This location graciously accepted my motorcycle. The people working there were very nice and friendly. They let me put my motorcycle in a corner of the garage. I was at ease and able to peacefully go to work. Thank you to the champion parking team.

This is a clean and well-maintained parking garage with professional staff. I was greeted warmly and asked about my reservation. The staff member quickly scanned my phone, and the process was seamless. I accidentally left my wallet in the car, but it was completely untouched when I returned. This level of service deserves 5 stars. Nowadays, finding a great parking garage like this is rare!

I parked at here last Saturday afternoon for 1 hr, it’s charged $40, over charged. I read price list, it is about $22 per hour.

I was supossed to leave my (brand new)car for 2 days but after a day I went to the parking to bring some stuff from my car trunk, I found my car with all windows open and I was trying to turn on the car but It wasn't able to turn on, and I found condom on the back seat,they were having fun on my car last night,and they left my car on for 1 day and 6 hours until the battery completely died, and the employee there was just caring about the bill and he doesn't care about my car at all,he was trying for more than 2 hours to give my brand new car a jump but he couldn't because it was completely dead,he said that he can't do anything for me and i have to come tomorrow to take my car, but i refused to leave my car at this terrible parking for overnight again, so he used one of the cars to give
