Prices confusingly listed with taxes separately, charged $10 extra for my vehicle being “oversized” despite being a compact SUV (Toyota RAV4), and despite that extra charge not being listed anywhere in their prices. Ended up paying $52 for 1hr15mins of parking. Total rip-off!!!

Make sure to see that the special doesn’t apply to SUV’s or other oversized vehicles. You will be charged an additional 15$. Not recommended

With 100 other lots in the area, park elsewhere. Booked online, put in full CAR (not SUV) make and model and license plate, & paid online. Get to location, $15 up charge for "oversize vehicle". I show the manager how I booked online to prove I shouldn't be charged, of course tiny print online says they can charge me on site but no description of what means "oversize". Then manager has the balls to try to tell me he's doing me a favor by not charging me $30 for extra large cars, even though on the sign they use to charge for oversize has my exact car is listed on a $15 overcharge and large SUV's $30 (sign is not readily visible either, he walked me to it). This is a total setup, they're doing this on purpose once you're there and it's too late to go to a different lot. I even watched them c

It advised 24-hr parking availability and Tesla charging. I tried to charge there tonight and they said they do not allow charging. So, if trying to find a EV charger in Manhattan don’t go here at night, go to the Rockefeller parking garage (Shell EV charger & friendly staff) or Aldi’s in Union City.
