Do not park here. Our car was damaged by the attendant and we are left to most likely fix it ourselves. The driveway is extremely narrow. The attendant drove entirely too fast when he brought us the car. And he pulled up so far that we could not see the damage until we got home. Do yourself a favor and park somewhere else.

This is one of the nicest, most helpful, hardest working group of men running a garage in the Triborough area. They will always go above and beyond without being asked and they truly take pride in their work. They take excellent care of any vehicle put in their charge. I cannot say enough good things about them. I am a customer of 15 years and it is always a pleasure to see any one of them at the beginning and end of my days.

Terrible experience, the lot was blocked by firetrucks when I arrived so I had to find temporary alternate parking until I could get access to this garage. When I was finally able to get in they said I was late so I had to pay extra charges. The explanation was that somehow the operation was entirely controlled by a computer so there is no way to provide customer service even to account for the police and fire department barricade.

The main entrance was closed for construction so you had to enter around the corner. The entrance was narrow and the space was tight. Attendants are polite and nice.

Those guys will break your vehicle,if its manual transmission find somewhere where you can pitbyour car in a spot,those guys wont hesitate to burn your clutch.
