Champion Parking 75 LLC

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. My experience felt shady from the start. They scanned my SpotHero ticket without informing me that I had the wrong location, took my keys, and then yelled at me for not “making sure it was the right place.” Instead of helping resolve the confusion, they acted like everything was fine—then later denied ever scanning my reservation. Completely dishonest and disrespectful. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Also, go to the next door Garage. You can find better rates on spot hero. Highly expensive and dishonest people. Scam.

I have parked at this location (Champion parking at 245 E 75th st) in different occasions and make my reservation with SpotHero. All the workers there have been extremely polite and reapectful. I had no complaints until this morning I was greeted by ‘the manager’. I stopped my car, as I usually do. After I tell them the time I’ll return, they give me my ticket I leave and then scan my reservation code upon pick up. This morning was different. ‘The manager’, as he would call himself, did not even say good morning...ok. As I got out the car, I told him the time I’d return and he asked me if I had booked already, and I confirmed. He told me to scan the reservation code. As I reached to get my phone out my pocket, I commented that usually I scan when I return and he started asking if I had a

Please don't park here. They scratched my car. And then they said the scratch must have been there before they parked it. If you have to park here, take pics of your car beforehand. Also there are tons of other parking garages on the same block that will not scratch your car and then blame you for it.

The manager at the E75th st location is constantly rude, unprofessional towards customers. His name is Saul
