I’ve used spothero many times in nyc and this one was the worst experience by far. The attendant wouldn’t let me park because even though I arrived within my allotted time, I wasn’t there exactly on the dot from when my time started . I was so annoyed and outraged I was ready to leave but we were late for a show so I gritted my teeth and paid the additional $25. When we returned the same guy was there and he was super rude. He didn’t allow me and my children to wait in the garage and made us wait in the street. In 19 degree freezing weather. Stay away!!!

Little scam artist.. trying to charge me over $100 for less than 24 hours because he got upset after I told him not to yell at me. I told him that wasn’t the price, he was literally just butthurt. Poor guy. Came by the next day and was told it was $75 for 24hr not >$100. Don’t mind the cost but I don’t play cry baby bs. Yells at me disrespectfully as soon as I pull in because I have a folded bike rack I can take off in 2 seconds. Went across the street and paid their listed price without issue. 7:30pm Friday Oct. 4th.

Ripoff pricing. 3 choices; 1 hour. 2 hours, 24hrs. All while knowing that you're going to the Beacon Theater. Like there's any way to park and see a show in under 2 hours. $85 dollars for 3 hours! I should have parked on the street and ate the ticket. It would've been less.

Damaged our car but it's never their fault, is it. We always do a full walk around and know the exact state of our car: it definitely did not have a seriously scratched up bumper when we left it here. But they yell at you that they didn't do it and there really isn't anything you can do. If you like your car, don't park here.

Best garage! Take awesome care of your car. Carlos is super! Phenomenal deal in by 10 am and out by 5 pm during the week.
