Good and modern facility. Ideal for Guggenheim museum visitors, Consulate General of Russia, and other points on Madison and 5th Ave, on the Upper East Side area, from mid 80s to mid 90s streets. Affordable prices, particularly the "early bird specials".

Customer service is the worst, booked 2 days in advance, paid in advanced using the spohero app and when I arrived, they said they don't have the space for me. If you reserve the spot, the spot should be reserved. The employees act as they are doing a favor, and I am sure they hate their job. Horrible place.

Worst customer service. Booked two days in advance and told when I arrive they can’t accommodate my reservation because they are afraid they will damage my car. I have an 2014 used audi …… worker argued with me and I argued back but very unprofessional. Annoying to have to cancel and try to find a new lot. Avoid this place as much as possible.

I booked in advance on SpotHero but when I got to the garage they refused my car because it’s electric. Seems like a stupid reason. I had to go park elsewhere. They were rude about it. Made me late for my appointment

Parked here while visiting the MET Museum in April 2023. The attendant was very polite and kind. I purchased my pass for 9am-9pm just in case we wanted to stay late. He mentioned that if I would have come in before 9 then they would have had to charge more money which was mentioned on the SpotHero site. He asked me an estimated time of when I would be back and then we were off to the museum. When I went to pick up my car around 6 pm, there was a different attendant and I showed him my printed pass. Before I showed it to him, he told me the exact price that was on my pass which was $28.49. I will definitely use this garage again when visiting in the area.
