Andres was an expert at parking our truck. We got stuck with the largest rental in the lot and we were worried we weren’t going to be able to park. He was super helpful and informative. If we make it back to NY anytime soon, We hope to park here again because of his level of service. 10/10

Does the job if you're in a pinch, but like most spots around here, it’s pretty pricey. Attendants were okay, just expect a bit of a wait during busy hours.

SCAM ALERT!!! I could give a zero rating if I can. DONT PARK YOUR CAR HERE! They just dupe you of your money They quoted a price when we dropped the car and when coming back there was a different person who charged us almost double. He was taking his own time opening the door and was being super rude. He made super rude comments like “if you come to manhattan you have to be rich. Just pay the money otherwise you aren’t getting your car”. He called himself the overnight guy, refused to give us a name for follow up and was the most unprofessional rude person. They just rip you of your money, there are 100s of parking locations all over. Just use something else for your own good. Thanks to the very close proximity to the park, they pull a lot of money! 1 hour costs $52 2 hours costs $62 3 hours costs $72 But the minimum for which you can leave the car is 3 hours, so you will still pay $75

SCAM alert. I used spot hero to book a spot which cost me $45 and I can be there all day. I left my car for 3 hours only to come back and the attendant to tell me I owe another $34. He held my key hostage and immediately closed the gate. I spoke to his manager and was instructed to waste my time calling spot hero claiming they will reimburse me. While waiting another client came in and literally had the same issue. Stay away SCAM.
