If you care about how your car looks DO NOT PARK HERE! I had a monthly spot here and they dented the hood of the car in two different places, and scraped the side. No accountability either. They lie, deny and ignore. Terrible people, terrible company.
5/4 at 10:29am drove into parking garage and stated I would return at 6:30pm. The garage attendant was rude stating all the education "we" receive from Harvard and Yale and we have no manners stating I should say good morning to him before I speak to him about what time I'm coming back. I got back into my car, drove away, and parked in the garage up the street. Wish I could give no stars or 1/2 star.
The people was very nice to me
