Champion Roofing Johnstown

We have used Champion Roofing several times now. They are one the few places that answer the phone and return calls / emails promptly. Ive been impressed with the knowledge and expertise of the administration staff, estimate staff and the work crews. There is communication and updates regarding the projects from start to finish. I had zero issues with the work performed even after years of the completed work. I will continue to use and and confident to recommend their work and service.

We had a bit of storm damage. Champion was the second place we called. Keri talked to me right away and got me in as soon as possible. She came down and took a look, contacted us the next day with a quote. (was gonna be the same night but unfortunately had another drastic storm with tons of outages.). Said they may not get to it for a couple weeks but was out there in 4 days. Did a fantastic repair Job.. Next time, they'll be our first call.

We recently had our shingle roof replaced with needed repairs by Champion Roofing. They did an amazing job. Very smooth process from beginning to end. Ben, Aaron and Nicole were great to work with and always professional. The crew was on time professional efficient and quick. Work area and yard were kept clean. Thank you!

Thought I needed a new roof because of a leak in my garage roof. John came claimed up on the roof and said you have a hole in the shingle causing the problem. He went got some caulking material and patch the hole in the shingle, looked inside my garage and said that was probably where the problem was coming. He did all this, said your roof is fine and would not take a penny after going up and down several times on a hot day!

The crew who did the labor was gerat, no complaints. However, i was offered a 507$ discount when i signed the contract. This discount is noted on the signed contract and initialed by the seller. When i changed my financing to half sent in checks and half put onto my credit card, i was told i would not be eligible for the discount anymore. I am still in shock as why would that make a difference? I was told by their associate, Nicloe that they would take me to court if i do not pay the discount back. They also charged a $50 work permit fee that is added to the shingle price, they told me if i got it myself they would refund the $50. I did get myself as a roofing permit is only $20. however three days in a row the crew did not give me the check as promised. When i called the office, Nico
