Champion Septic

James came out to my property today and I had every intention of getting an estimate for some work. He shared with me my options and was extremely honest and straightforward. He provided great service and educated me as well. This is the second time I've utilized their services and they are 5 stars all the way.

Billed for (apparently) pumping entire septic system - but it was only partially done. Now after 5 (five) days the system is showing signs of overflowing, which was not happening before. The serviceman claimed he pumped the entire system but this was not done - now they're refusing to correct what they were paid to do. Just for your information: Cursing/swearing AND hanging up the phone on your customer (after a lousy job is questioned), is a shameful and disgraceful behavior whoever you are. This company is literally swindling customers by documenting false information on their paperwork that 'gets them off the hook'. Do not use this company!! The attached pictures show how the area looked the following day....

I don't do reviews often but I feel like this was worth a review. I 100% recommend this company. When I called and made the appointment to have my septic pumped out, they had availability that day but unfortunately I wasn't available however, they promptly made the appointment for the day I requested and showed up exactly when they said they would. I can't remember the gentleman's name that serviced us but he was super friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Used them before in the past with no issues, however this time my mom called and they were extremely rude to her and hung up on her. Will never use them again and will be reporting them.

Called to make a appointment to get my tank drained and they were very professional, got me handled same day and even went above an beyond and took care of a couple issues they seen that were not done correctly when our septic was built with no extra charge! Very please and will be our go to for any of our septic needs in the future!!
