Champs Floor Covering

The flooring was good and the quality was good but have not been able to reach them even one time since the installation. Basically they took the money and ran. They promised some extra carpet pieces but have never returned even one of five phone messages.

Was told we would get a quote and never did. Then we were told there was a death in the family (week + later) and we would receive a quote the next day. Nope- nothing. So there is no way we would trust these people with our flooring. Maybe they are too busy, but we are done with them.

Great place to buy carpet... Gina was a sweetheart to work with great communication Completed our basement in two days and did a very professional job... Highly recommended!!!!!
