Chaney Enterprises - Salisbury, NC Concrete Plant

They came out to lay concrete at 4am??? Completely unacceptable!! There should be guidelines to adhere to, but clearly they don't care. I have 3 kiddos that are light sleepers and here I am wide awake, waitng for them to wake up because of their loud annoying trucks.

My family is still new to Salisbury and I recently, unfortunately, fell and injured my knee; it required surgical repair. Today I was leaving my house for my first physical therapy appointment. The Nicest, kind man wearing one of this company's shirts stopped his car and came to assist me in getting I to my ride car to my appointment. Just a good Samaritan but WOW what an pact. I didn't get his name but I sure do appreciate his kindness. What an asset to have at a company!

Had 3 yards delivered for a home Project in Marion, very professional and helpful when called for the order. Delivered when I was told it would be ,and the driver was very accommodating ,professional and helpful. Will definitely use again.

Let me tell you who not to call! Save yourself from a horrible experience and call someone else. Terrible customer service! We had an entire crew at our house waiting for a concrete truck who was never going to show up! We called and asked to speak to management 30 mins after the truck was scheduled to arrive and all that was said was our appointment was canceled due to issues with the truck. No rescheduling process mentioned, no apology NOTHING.

Concrete companies have two jobs: 1. Deliver the product the customer orders. 2. Deliver it when promised. My recent experience with this company on a large project proved they could do neither and wouldn’t do anything to correct their numerous errors, even ones that directly cost me money out of pocket. Then they tried to hide their mistakes before outright lying (in written communication I still have) when I confronted them about sending the wrong product. No chance I’ll do business with this company as long as they have their current, rotten company culture from top to bottom. I was warned by people with plenty of previous experience working with (and now avoiding) them but decided to take a chance. Please go elsewhere and save yourself a terrible experience.
