Was supposed to offer $10/day parking for south boston residents (posted on Boston.gov) and even after validating my info with the parking attendant and verifying the rate, I was charged $30 for less than 24 hours. When I called customer service they told me that they couldn’t help me and refused to refund the difference. Don’t park here.

I appreciate that they have EV charging here! (Note: if charging your EV, *don't* get a ticket--the chargers are before that, inside the garage, on the left. Pull your car over and stop in the office to pay before parking to charge.) I found the place confusing at first. The attendant who helped me with the car charging (I didn't understand the procedure for paying) was ultimately helpful and friendly. Rates seem to differ from what they have posted on at least some signs.

It's cashless contactless payable by card or bank account only

The price was reasonable. However. They don't take cash. Cause that's all I had. No cards. If it wasn't for a good Samaritan who paid for me with her card. I don't know how long it would have taken fore me be able to pay to leave. The kiosk machine even said you can pay with cash, debit or credit card.

The sign says that nights and weekends after 5pm are $12. We entered at 5:46pm, as marked on our ticket. When we tried to exit the garage, the machine charged us $30. We pressed the button for help and explained the problem to the operator. The operator first told us that we must have entered before 5pm. We did not. It was printed on our ticket. The operator then said there was nothing he could do and we just had to pay the $30 to leave. Scam scam scam.
