Poor communication and closed early. I called before driving out and asked if I got there 5-10 minutes before they close, would I still be able to pick up a couple of rolls and she said, "As long as you're here before 4, you're good." I got there at 3:53 and door was locked and nobody there to take payment. The sod was there so I guess I could have just taken what I needed but I didn't have cash to leave and felt weird just helping myself. Just think they should not have told me that I was good if I got there before 4 if they were going to close early. Also a little unprofessional to lock the door and close before the posted closing time.

Fast, friendly service. Great price. Clearly set up for repeat business. Pallet deposit program and they even bought back my unused rolls when I returned it. Would definitely use again if our dogs destroy this project.

Great service, quality of sod & price. Way cheaper than a big box hardware store or nursery. Since it was my first time installing sod, they gave me helpful advice, a bag full of lime & a sod cutter with my order. I will definitely be coming back next time I need sod.
