First time using this business and i fell in love with the service provided by their office! The woman i dealt with was patient and very serious about showing they're unique by providing options and simply company information without request from me. I love that this company goes above and beyond, they show their true worth from the begining which is uncommon. I was very comfortable with decision making and love how they push to show their different business strategies. This is a great way to run a business, i hope others liaten as i did and they should grow tremendously! Kudos to my new electrical contractors and thank you for the discount! First time using this company and I am very satisfied. I called needing immediate service on a Sunday afternoon and not only did I get in touch with the secretary who was not in the office , I scheduled an immediate service call. This was an amazing response and very time efficient business with my experience! The work provided by this company was also great! I am happy I chose Charles Cole_Cox Electric.
