Mr. Higgins absolutely knows what he’s doing. My house had never had a dishwasher till today. He did excellent work and didn’t charge an outrageous price. I’d highly recommend him. Thank you so much. I’ll be calling you when I get ready to tackle the pipes under the house.

Charlie Higgins and company provide quick and excellent service at the right cost. You get two plumbers that work hard and get the job done. I've had Higgins at our house multiple times including major drain line repairs, in-house drain unblocking, and today he just installed a water heater. He brought a top of the line water heater and installed for a very reasonable price. I called Charlie on Sunday late afternoon hoping for an appointment on Tuesday. They showed up on Monday morning and we have a new water heater installed and ready to go at 11:00 am. I highly recommend Higgins Plumbing, both he and his partner are outstanding and they love what they do. In addition, they are very polite and courteous, and always clean up the area in which they worked. He even went above and beyond last

Had my garbage disposal replaced. Didn't hook up drain line and my kitchen floor is ruined. They came back next day and "fixed" the problem but realizing the floor quickly left before I could even say anything. Apparently for over a month now it has been leaking down into the bottom of the cabinets and now those and my kitchen floor is ruined. Tried to call them back and they answer their phone with a rude loud "ya". So mad I couldn't even talk to him after that. My $315 job is probably going to cost $1000s. Don't call them unless you enjoy small claims court.

Called to have water line on water heater fixed. He never identified hisself on the phone , I had to ask. Told him what was going on and he automatically said "water heater has to be replaced, without even looking at it". I told him it was new. He showed up at our house and was rude from the beginning to my husband. He tried to show him what was going on and he snapped at him and told him to get out of the way. He insisted he needed to relace all the lines" so he wouldn' t have to come back". We had all new parts and hose was just split and needed, a fitting on it. He told my husband would be around $200. My husband told him to leave, he would fix it. Took him10 minutes and all fixed. Would not recommend this place to anyone. If he doesn't like what he does, maybe he needs to retire.

He may be a little rough around the edges but his 41 years of experience make it all worth while. Most places quoted me 1 to 2 hours for main line sewer fix but he had it done in 3 minutes, literally!! To top it off, his price was way less than others quoted. I cannot recommend him enough!!
