Charles Johnson Roofing was our go to roofing company when I worked at my fathers General Building Contractor business. I worked directly with them on a regular basis and it was always a pleasure to work with other professional Contractors. Their prices were very competitive and the quality and service was always top notch. Many years later when I needed a new roof on my own home I didn't hesitate to call Charles Johnson Roofing. I knew that I could feel confident that I was going to get the same quality of work and service that our clients had received.

Company used to be prompt and caring. We had a roof section redone 4 years ago and they did a fabulous job. Good communcation before, during and after. Called them a week ago, 4-5-24 to come out and check a leak in roof from recent storms! Bill said they would be out Wed between 9am-10am. They never came! No calls and I only got voice mail when I tried to reach him? I called the office and talked to the lady that answered. She apologized and said she would call me Monday 4/8/24 am to set up new time. She never called. I called her and got voice mail? I also called Bill 2 times in 4 hours...voice mail again? I guess its time to find a new roofer? Very disappointed! Manhattan beach CA

After over 28+ years I finally caved and had to re-roof. Charles Johnson roofing did an Amazing job and I highly recommend them! Jon Castro was so easy to work with and his crews were on time, tidy, hardworking and respectful. My neighbors all commented on how efficient the job was and wished they had known about Charles Johnson roofing. I highly recommend them!

Estimate to reroof single story home and garage 2700sq ft is $9910.00+ from CJ Roofing. Way higher than everybody else. Hi Alexis, Thank you for the estimate and the time it took to generate. Unfortunately, I can not proceed with this service with CJ Roofing as your price is a full $2000+ more than I received from three (3) other companies. I have quotes for five competitors with your being $1600 higher than the next closest. If I had received a price that much lower from one (1) company I would question it, but with this many examples of where the cost should be, I only found question with your companies estimate.
