The owner to this business is a liar. Very unethical. He promises and does not deliver anything. He never started on the date he said would start. Like anything else he promised he had an excuse which were all lies. His workers walked out on him because he wasn't paying them and left my job unattended. I tried calling him and he turned his phone off for a week. Needless to say but I has to finish the job with another company. Ricardo - Charles Ladcaping never even called to say Im sorry. Please be aware!! I do NOT want anyone to go through this.
