Love this place. Jamie is super helpful. I have never owned a home with a pool before. She has walked me through it all, step by step. Finally have a clean, clear pool! Update: We have been using Shuler Pool for about 6 years now. Still highly recommend. I dont know what I'd do without them.

I give 1 star because zero is not an option. Like others have said, the customer service is terrible at Schuler’s. The lady behind the counter has consistently been rude to me and not helpful at all. A few examples…once I needed some salt so I bought several bags then found the bags at Lowe’s for 1/2 the price. Upon returning the bags of salt she claimed their salt was premium salt and the Lowe’s salt would destroy the pool, which is so not true. She said she shouldn’t accept them back, but did, quickly handed me the receipt and wouldn’t speak to me anymore after that. Another time, I needed to get a part for my chlorine generator, they didn’t have it in stock but said they would order it and call me when it came in. I told them I needed it soon…they never called. Ended up getting it

Love this place they are very knowledgeable at what they do. Jamie is very friendly and gives you step-by-step instructions on how to add the chemicals to your pool, which is very nice when you don't know what you're doing. As this is our 2nd yr of owning a pool so we're still learning, they make learning easy. Thank you, Shuler's
