Our upstairs heating system had a problem which another AC company said would cost $998 to fix. We called Charlie's for a second opinion and they came right out. The technician correctly identified a different issue and solved the problem for about 1/10th the price. The technician was polite and very knowledgeable, we will certainly be repeat customers!

Heard this shop was good from other neighbors and asked for a quote to replace my home A/C unit. Their quote was the best price I got and they installed it sooner than others could. When I called with questions about my quote, they were very friendly and helpful. I'm very happy with my new A/C unit and want to thank Charlie's for a job well done.

We recently had the privilege of replacing a furnace that was beyond the legal drinking age. Tis the season for broken furnaces! What I am happy about is that we called Mindy, Kenny and the team at Charlie’s AC & Heating. Very thankful for their professionalism, knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. When the city came by to inspect the unit after it was installed, he said, “the people who put that in knew what they were doing and have been doing it for a while”. I agree. Highly recommend you call if you find yourself needing some AC and Heating work.

I have been using Charlie's AC for almost 20 years. The last few times I had issues were emergencies and they fit me in that day. Two weeks ago my AC stopped blowing cold air and the temps were in the 100's. They were at my house within an hour and fixed the problem. The office people are always friendly and the work is great.

They came out right away to assess the problem and were very friendly and easy to talk to. They did a great job and took good care in removing and replacing the unit.
