I had a great experience with the team from Charlotte Bath Crafters when they did my bathroom remodeling project. Once we had scheduled the time for them to start the project, they showed up everyday and worked for the full day until the job was done, and they finished almost exactly on schedule and within the budget we had discussed before starting. I found them easy to work and communicate with throughout the process, and the finished result looked great! I would certainly recommend them to others looking to remodel or update their bathrooms!

I hired Charlotte Bath Crafters to do a full master bathroom renovation. Not only did they solve the original problem (extensive mold), they turned the bathroom into a key feature and a value-add for my home! Sky and his team were quick to respond to my initial query and came prepared with examples of other work they'd recently done. They gave a fair estimate and helped walk me through the few things I needed to make a purchase decision on (like a shower door and vanity). When it was time to go to work, they knocked out the whole thing in less than a week - and this included replacing the flooring in the master bedroom! All in all this was an extremely smooth process and I would highly recommend Charlotte Bath Crafters.

Sky and his team redid our downstairs powder room for us. Their quote was reasonable, and was just for the labor, which I liked. This way, I could get the materials and make any returns for whatever wasn’t used (instead of paying for it all up front whether it’s used or not). They offered suggestions when I needed advice, and went to get additional materials when we ran out midway through. They came on time and worked hard all day, finishing in no time. When it was done, there were only a few things I wanted them to come back and fix, and Sky was great about all of it. I always feel uncomfortable asking folks to come back and fix little things, but Sky made me feel like my request was completely fair, and came right back out to fix it. We are hoping to use them again for our guest bathroom
