Tim and his assistant Scott were excellent. Tim explained everything in detail that was going to be done and answered every question I had. I watched the process as they worked. They make a very good team. Both of them were extremely pleasant, professional and hardworking. With the work they did now cleaning my septic tank will be a much smoother process! I will definitely request Tim again for doing such a great job. I highly recommend Septic Blue for the cleaning of your septic tank. Job well done!

Scotty was my technician and he was very knowledgeable about the situation and continued to make sure I knew what was going on during the entire process. I actually learned a lot about the septic tank side of things. I was very happy with Septic Blue. I will use this company in the future and I will be requesting Scotty.

I was quoted $279, but when the technician arrived, we were charged $415. The technician then threatened my husband after refusing to pay a fee of $49.95. I had to call the police in order to get this terrible company off my property. The home office did nothing to help, only got mad at me for being frustrated and then I was hung up on. The technician finally got off my personal property only to literally run over my drainage pipe, completely breaking it. This company refuses to acknowledge any wrongdoing and has also stated that they will not cover the cost of my property damage. This company falsely advertises, takes 5 weeks to get you on their schedule, then tries to rob you / change the price because you obviously need help.
