We’re blown away by Charlottesville’s Earthly Cleaning. Alejandra is exceedingly flexible and easy to work with for coordinating cleanings, given our very frenetic schedules as parents with highly-demanding careers. Jessica and her team are timely, calling in advance if they anticipate being even 5 minutes late, and that’s before they get to cleaning! Their work is thorough, top to bottom, adjusting to specific areas we ask to have cleaned on the fly, and they even recently started going above and beyond adding bows or flower designs to our paper towels and toilet paper, creating the feel of a high-end resort. Charlottesville's Earthly Cleaning does a phenomenal job! They take the time to make sure each of our offices at 29News are spotless! I even forgot to wash my coffee mug one day and came in the next day to it washed and sitting on my desk ready to go! I highly recommend their team!

I'm not sure if they went out of business or were temporarily closed for a while, but I have called multiple times over the past month, left messages, attempted the chat function on the website, and still have not received a call back. I finally had to call a competitor to do the job. I hope this was a fluke, but if you call and they do not return your call within a couple days, call someone else, especially if you need the job done within a short time frame.
