Charm Pools

I am not big on writing reviews but when I do there is always a good reason. Charm pools in Waverly NY is just absolutely amazing We ordered a part from a different company that did not work and then tried to call around for another part. I we called charm pools and they were amazing. They had the part that we needed and the ladies that we worked with today explained everything that we need to know regarding our pool. I know it’s a little out-of-the-way for us in Johnson City, but I would rather travel to Waverly to charm pools and help a small business out that truly cares about you as a person and customer. We will continue to shop at Charm pools for our pool supplies for miscellaneous item.Thank you so much Charm pools

Linda has always treated me right . She help me fix my motor on a Friday when everyone else has already gone home so my kids could enjoy it for the holiday weekend . They stand behind their Hayward warranties . Best around !

I will NEVER recommend Charm Pool Manufacturing in Waverly NY to anyone. I called there to get an estimate. The first thing Kay did was lie to me, saying she didn’t service our area. After I explained I had been referred by a customer of theirs further away than me, she changed her tune. She then requested pictures of what we were talking about. I emailed them to her and she didn’t call back. Sooooo I called her, she wasn’t at a computer and would call me right back. An hour passed and nothing. I called back and she very nastily said ‘I’m just not interested, it’s too far.’ She was extremely rude and unprofessional. As you can see by the pictures (on my original Facebook post) we have a very nice pool so it’s not like it would have been beneath her. The part that I really don’t understand

The staff are all extremely knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. The prices are very reasonable and they have a great selection of items for pool care and maintenance. They offer free water testing and we utilize this service often. We are so grateful for this wonderful local business and the great staff for all of our pool needs for the season! Highly recommended:)

Got a New pool about 2 weeks ago from Charm pools absolutely love it. The gentleman that installed it were excellent. Looks beautiful great quality of work. Highly recommend them.
