I will never purchase another quartz counter top from this company again. Terrible install/ repeated attempts to fix took forever. Finally settled and it’s awful. Repeated attempts to ask for money back was a fail. It was either 4 or 5 attempts by these guys to get close to a straight edge on the front. $4500 should get you a much nicer counter top anywhere else. Hours of phone calls too, overall terrible service

Tami and the crew were extremely helpful and patient. It was a big purchase for me, so I wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with my decision. Her knowledge and expertise really helped me make my choices. The entire process was smooth. The installation was beautiful. I am so in love with my kitchen!

Very bad customer service. One day they say they’re going to fix something, the next day the “upper management” changes their mind and they won’t fix anything unless you call a dead end 1-800 number. Do not use Granite Works, they may seem cheaper upfront but the poor quality and craftsmanship is not worth the potential cost savings.

From onset project manager, template measurements and drawings were super smooth. There was a one week delay for install. Much better than most! I love the solid surface countertops. They fit our budget and look great. Make sure to read all communications to understand expectations. It was valuable. Unfortunately I have to edit my review. The workers used our kitchen to cut the solid surface without using a vacuum. It was a huge mess. I have had small bits of plastic still showing up. They had to come from 3hr distance. So the install began at 7:30pm. There is a gap around one side of the sink where the surface should have been caulked. It became an issue to try and have someone come to fix it. I believe Lowes shouldn't use Granite Works for customers who live below Albany. Not fair to an

Have emailed and called numerous times. The seam of our granite counter top looks terrible. The piece that we chose had plenty of material to make a clean, matching seam. We were informed that the granite broke multiple times when they were cutting it, and this was all that was left. I would have liked to have been notified of this before the install. They also cut the cooktop hole too small, and we are not able to install the cooktop. The hole is jagged and uneven. When I called to ask about this, they said that they would charge us $500 to fix their mistake. Initially received a response from Elizabeth Rice, but haven't heard back in three weeks.
