We had a terrible hail storm at my home in the fall of 2024. Johnathan showed up the next day and left his card in my door while I was at work which turned out to be a god send. I had hail damage not only on my roof, but also on my siding around my home. Jonathan worked with my insurance adjuster to make sure all our needs were met as far as our damage goes. He set up 3 days for him and his crew to complete the work. They did my entire roof in one day and did the siding in another 2 days. Incredibly fast and quality work for the entire crew! Had a great experience with Charming Restoration in Plum. The team was super friendly, easy to work with, and always took the time to explain what was going on. Communication was solid, they showed up when they said they would, and you could tell they genuinely cared about doing a good job and taking care of us as customers.
