I am shocked at how little Spectrum Internet & TV seems to care about their longtime customers. Today, I requested for the second time in less than a month, to have the "Entertainment View" channels charge removed from my bill. I requested this first on 10/22/24, when I called in to pay my bill, but UNFORTUNATELY, it was not removed. So today, when I was connected to a supervisor, to request AGAIN that this was done, I was informed that "we can only go back 60 days" on the charges. I had never actually signed up for this package-but when they gave me HBO "for free", I was apparently still being charged for the rest of the Entertainment View package-that's on me, for not scrutinizing my bill more carefully-but still!
