I wouldn't recommend this place to any of my friends, there is an employee, his name starts with a c and he treated me very badly when I was asking him questions about what products they work on and acted like he was superior to me

You never know just how important someone is until your in a crisis. The fantastic employee named mike literally saved my day. The last thing you want in your place of business is for a problem to occur but in this case it was a big problem and a high emergency and Mike literally came as fast as he could and stayed until the job was complete. It was not an easy fix either. I just want to thank my newest best friend Mike that is the greatest tech I have ever met for saving the day. I couldnt even express in words how grateful I am for Mike and his partner who I didnt catch his name. Thanks a million!!!! Picture of my broken water mess that is now fixed thanks to Charter mechanical and Mike and partner.

Gave us a referral for some ducting work that was out of scope, someone who was able to do the job we needed thank you :)
