The AC was blowing unevenly in three bedrooms of our new home. Although they’re all on the same thermostat zone, our daughter’s playroom wasn’t receiving any cool air at all. Rueben quickly identified the issue and balanced the air distribution throughout the home. He even went above and beyond by taking photos of each vent and replacing our filters. While the solution itself turned out to be simple, Rueben’s customer service was world class—his professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine pride in his work truly stood out. They're always great, working with me to figure out the issues I'm having with both of my units. Got out here quick also, only a couple hours after I called, the AC is back up and running. Their lead came out today to verify everything was working good still, and they offer deals on system upgrades to make sure your HVAC is working efficiently. He was very thorough, and a nice guy. Andres was very helpful with explaining the heating/cooling system. My husband recently passed away and I had no idea what to do. The guest room got very warm and I called for service.
