Very impressed with the speed and service Chastain’s provided. We had an emergency with our septic tank and it was midday and raining and Josh came out same afternoon and took care of us. A few days later we were in the same situation and when I called Josh again showed up the same day and pumped the tank again and was able to diagnose that our drain field was failing. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and provided the cost up front. Josh and his crew came within a few days and installed a new 300 foot drain field. Very professional, polite and honest. Highly recommend!

Came out quickly on a Sunday and knew exactly what was wrong, had no problem finding the septic tank. Left very little mess and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone.

Used Chastains Septic when we first moved into our house 1 1/2 years ago. It was our first time having a septic system. We weren't share exactly when the septic tank had been cleaned out/serviced, so we contacted Chastains. The service tech was very friendly and helpful. He located our tank quickly and told us that our tank was in good shape and could even go without emptying it at that time. We decided to go ahead anyways since he was already there with the equipment and then we'd know exactly when it was done. He explained septic systems and gave some additional tips for maintaining it. I was impressed with the level of service and help I was given and will be contacting Chastains again when needed. Highly recommend them.
