100% fantastic! Could not be happier with the work they did. It looked better than my mind imaged! So pleasant and friendly! I would come home from work and would be so excited about the progress. Excellent workmanship, punctual, and respectful. They accomplished the demolition of my old deck with a roof, and rebuilt the new with a roof in 4 days. They hauled off all the old material. They originally stated it would take 5 days but due to their work ethics it was accomplished in 4. I have never reviewed anyone's work before but the impression they made on me deserved my time to post this.

I’ve hired K&J Renovations for many projects over the past year and a half. He and his partner both are very experienced in handling all sorts of projects around the home. My latest project was to use concrete block to sure up an old flower bed the previous owner had installed using wood. The wood had begun to root away and the bed needed to be redone. We had plenty of so concrete blocks available for the project and Julio and his partner utilized them rebuild the flower bed structure. They did an outstanding job! I highly recommend K&J Renovations for your projects that are better left with someone that is capable of completing the job correctly the first time!
