Update: They refunded my missing item and I appreciate them getting back to me about this. - I wanted to leave an honest review because while there were some positives to my move, the unresolved issues ultimately outweigh them. The movers themselves were very friendly and professional on moving day, which I appreciated. I was also grateful that the company did not charge an extra fee for the stairs required to access my unit, that was a huge positive. However, for furniture assembly, the bed that was disassembled and reassembled is now falling apart. I’ve included photos to show the condition, as it clearly was not put together correctly. Had such a seamless experience while moving from OC to LA with Gabriel and Miguel. Extremely professional and took excellent care of the furniture/ boxes (not a single broken piece).
