My heat pump failed in the middle of a heat wave here in Virginia. I contacted Chris. I knew he was super swamped, but he made time to help my family. He gave me an incredible price for a new unit and was able to install it sooner than expected. The crew was very professional and had everything installed and up and running in less than 12 hours. I was extremely impressed with the entire process. The best part is that I know that if anything happens in the future that this amazing family business will be there to support my family. 5/5 stars! I couldn't be any happier!

If I could rate them zero or even negative stars I would. I am very disappointed and won't ever use them or recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional. My hvac went out and I did not have enough money to fix it. I went through the state program where I was given a credit to use to get some ceiling fans installed. A man contacted me and told me the amount and said he would reach out to me to schedule a time. I talked to him on August 14th and didn't hear not a word back. I called and left messages and no one reached back out to me. I only had one day left to use the credit or else it was going to expire. When I called them, the same guy finally answered and told me that he wouldn't be able to do it in the time frame. He said that there are people with more important situations than me ju

A/C went out on a very hot day.I have a handicapped son that cant be in heat, I needed someone to fix it quickly. The next day I got in touch with Chris. They Sent Zach out to find out what was going on with it. After some troubleshooting, he found a chewed up wire under the unit that was bare and grounding out. He spliced it up and it has Been keeping us cool again since. Great friendly attitude and very knowledgeable. Thank you very much.
