We put in a work order through our tenant portal app since we rent, and we put this work order in on the 16th of June. We called today for an update on when we could expect the plumber and im not sure who answered the phone, but they had no communication skills whatsoever. They told us its only been 4 days and that theyve been busy and that if we expected them to come today we were crazy (it's fathers day). I dont expext anyone to work on a holiday, and i wasnt calling to make demands. I just wanted to know when we could expect a plumber to come fix our toilet that hasnt flushed since we moved in. The way this guy on the phone spoke to us was completely unprofessional and rude. Our tenant portal says whoever the vendor they assign to the work order is supposed to contact you within 24 hour
