Chem Dry of Knoxville

We had Chem-dry out to clean the carpets in our recently purchased home in the Farragut area. The team did a great job, delivering as promised. We would use their services again.

I have now used chem dry to clean my furniture and my carpets. They both came out looking amazing. They extended the life of my carpets by at least a few years and the whole house just feels cleaner. I would definitely use them again!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with this this company, Andrew, the owner and his sweet wife Krystal, who’s the contact person, David (his chief of staff) and their workers. My initial call was to get quotes on clean and polishing of my hardwood floors as I had been doing for a few days. I called their number and spoke with Krystal. She was just as knowledgeable about the ins and outs of their services as the ones that actually do the work. She was so kind and treated me as though I was their best customer. She was able to give me general information on prices but it would require an at home inspection to determine actual pricing which she was able to set up for that very evening. Andrew educated me first on the damages that had been done over the 25 years of us living

We bought a house and the carpets were in dire need of cleaning. We called for an appointment. The response was immediate. They were able to be onsite in a couple of days.The people were friendly,knowledgeable and professional. The results were amazing. They were able to make a couple of high traffic areas look amazing. Overall results were great. I highly recommend this business. The cost was reasonable. Will use them again.

Andrew is awesome. Carpets are clean and fresh for a reasonable price.
