Chem-Dry of Lafayette

Had done 2 days ago and this is results. Chem-dry came back out to re-do and unfortunately did not change the results where there was high traffic. They did refund my money which I thought was completely fair.

Calib did a great job on my leather Sofa and loveseat as well as my outdoor cushions. Everything looks brand new now! He was friendly and thorough and really knew How to do his job. I highly recommend his service

Both technicians were personable and knowledgeable. They were efficient and did a super job. We will use Chem Dry again for our carpet cleaning. Good job.

Good communication, kind, easy to work with! Unfortunately they weren’t able to remove the first stain in our living room which was the whole reason for the service and so paying $175 for it not to be clean was a big disappointment. Edited to add that they contacted me and gave me a full refund since they weren’t able to get the stain out. Very much appreciated!!!

I am a property manager and have used every carpet cleaner in town. Chem-Dry is by far my favorite. They get pet odors, and stains out. They do great work at a great price. All their people are wonderful.
