We had this company come out to do a commercial job and I was so impressed with the service. The guys were timely and polite. So incredibly helpful as well. They helped me move some of the heavier items I couldn't and they got into corners of the floor that i didn't even know were there. They went above and beyond. We will be continuing to contract them out in the future.

We had our carpets cleaned recently and they went above and beyond. Scheduling was easy. Mike was wonderful to work with. He was incredibly kind and flexible throughout the process. There were some issues that came up during the scheduled cleaning times, due to absolutely no fault of Chem Dry, and they were able to quickly find another time to come back and clean. Highly recommend!

We had debated on getting new furniture (sectional/ottoman, chair/ottoman) We then found Chem-Dry of Macon County and we are so glad we did. They came out on time, Joe and Tim were extremely professional and very kind. The furniture got cleaned, looks brand new. Can’t thank them enough! Highly recommend!
