Despite having two clear “NO SOLICITING” signs on my front door — one even spelling it out as plainly as possible — this company still thought it was okay to leave their flyer on my property. I even called them directly and let them know how extremely unhappy I was with them disregarding my wishes on my own doorstep, on my own property. 👉 Just a note to all business owners: If you ignore posted signs and assume the rules don’t apply to you, you’re not only being disrespectful, you’re guaranteeing that if I ever do need your services, I will never book you. Respect people’s privacy. Respect their property. It’s not that hard.

This is the worst company in cleaning carpets and they ruined my linen headboard. The tech said he’d test a portion of the headboard to get the stain out but instead applied his machine and spread the stain on the entire headboard. I complained to the owner but after promising to return never would respond to my texts to correct the damage. The next carpet cleaner told me he also had to remove a lot of soap residue in the carpet. Would not recommend!! Brian is the owner.

We have been using them for years! They are great and always reliable.

No show. Scheduled a cleaning for 11/10/23. The technician sent a reminder text the night before and I responded with "thank you". Texted him at 9:15 the morning of for an ETA. He responded "10:30-11?" I said Perfect! I have tried since right before noon to get ahold of him, and there has been no response. It is now 4:48 pm, and has not shown. I boarded my dogs today for this cleaning. Not cool. Update: He had a family emergency and his employee didn't have my phone number nor the correct address and he wasn't able to reach his boss on the phone for the information. We rescheduled and they did a good job.

We had Brian come out this weekend and they were very professional and friendly. Only took about 40 minutes and our carpet looks and smells brand new again after our 2 small dogs whom had never seen carpet before caused a big problem! I would highly recommend this service before purchasing new carpet!
