Chem-Dry of the Triad

I own a local plumbing company and after accidentally marking a customers carpet I needed a fast, quality carpet cleaning job. I called this company and spoke with with Grace and Morgan. They were extremely professional and courteous when talking to me about scheduling. They were able to get a tech out to my customers home within 24 hours and promptly corrected our mistake! The price was more than reasonable also. And although I was not there, my customer informed me that the tech they sent was just as professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know!

Excellent service! We called and got booked within days. Initially, when we called the lady that answers the phone said she's driving needed to pull over, we were asking questions, service packages, and our house details, etc. We booked the appointment hoping the experience would be a bit different. We loved that they offer baby and pet safe products. Shane was our rep and he was amazing! Chem-Dry of Triad is a great company. First, they arrived on time. They introduced themselves to me as Grace and Blake. I showed her the areas we had discussed to be cleaned. They were professional and explained the procedure and some helpful hints. I have very light carpet and they did a wonderful job of making it look like new. Very personal and recommend them highly.

I got my carpets cleaned yesterday and wow. My carpet looks and feels new. Shane came out super professional explained the process and had a great personality. I have dogs and after he left you couldn't even tell there was ever one accident. I was really impressed with the work he did. I couldn't have ask for a better service. Not to mention I got next day appointment. Thanks guys at chem dry of the triad yall really are a great team. Ask about their healthy home package it's a game changer.

Incredibly impressed!!! The technicians were so professional, but more importantly - they got my carpet to look BRAND NEW again. Perfect since I have family coming over for the holidays. I don't know what they did either - if it is the cleaner they use or what - but my house smells wonderful. I highly recommend Chemdry of the Triad. Fantastic job!
