Abby, Diane, Chris, Brad and the rest of the staff were awesome to work with! I take great pride in sending my customers to shop here. I always get great communication from the staff and great reviews from my customers! They make one on one appointments for my customers to shop so I can continue to be productive in my day! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! And I love the new location!

Abby was very helpful, nice, and accommodating. However, her communication completely dropped off toward the end. I emailed her twice for pricing and carpet names and she never responded, so I had to make a decision based on the information I had for older samples. Our carpet is being installed today and it is very hard, and I’m pretty upset about it. We were told they only had one thickness of padding. Even Home Depot has thicker pads than this. Lastly, the woman who takes the orders was extremely rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional. If you don’t want to deal with people and have poor communication skills, don’t work in customer service.
