What I got was personalized service; a highly trained and licensed technician; and customer service that was off the charts. Scheduling was a breeze – I talked to Courtney who was professional and eager to match their schedule to my needs. She even sent me a picture of the technician, Val, when they texted me he was on the way. Val showed up on time and was super professional. He made sure he understood what I needed and then presented me with several options on how to proceed.
