We love to use local businesses and Cherry Valley is a prime example of why we do that. They have experienced, respectful, friendly techs. Easy to make appmnts and you can request a tech who's been out before, if you'd like. They take a moment to put on booties to keep your house clean. They are fast and listen to what you're saying about the work desired. Prices are fair. Kip was great today and actually swapped out our single bulbs in our garage ceiling for newer, brighter led bulbs with brightness settings! Great improvement! Next project is to swap out hard-wired smoke detectors for ones that don't need batteries swapped year after year for their 10 year life. When an alarm is positioned near the ceiling in a peak, it's no small task to change it :( and we can now have an alternative

The communication about the appointment was very good and they were prompt. They quickly identified my issue and explained the cause. They provided cost on a new water heater that would resolve my issue and reassured me that I had no urgent issues. Kind and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Cherry Valley Plumbing and Electrical both worked our project. We had a very tight schedule and this is from the team: Jackson for sure, and we also had Kip, Ezra, and Dan as well but, definitely Jackson, he does a badass job!

Had a bathroom tub install. People in the office were friendly and straight forward. The guy that came out for the quote was excellent. There were a few "if you do it this way, it will cost $xyz, which I appreciated. A lot of times, the guy I needed to talk to had left for the day at 3:00 on a Friday. I would use this company again, but the fact that they installed the tub with the shower head, overflow, and drain out of line with each other will drive me crazy. (The shower head and tub spout are in line, but the drain is 1" askew). It's not awful, but I wish it would have all been lined up, even if it cost a few extra dollars. They never asked or inquired. They just did it. Looks kind of stupid. Would I recommend them to someone else? Eh? Maybe. They're fine. Maybe not the best. If y

We were redoing our kitchen and needed to tie in to a gas line, add water lines for appliances, and get a kitchen sink hooked up. Keagan was assigned our work and he was knowledgeable, respectable, and did a great job. Plus the price was right. Thanks Cherry Valley!
